This brand-new class is an introduction on how to create fabric using Joyce’s new indigo formula with Tsukineko inks. Learn basic techniques such as pleating, twisting and crunching. Students will create unique pieces that reflect their personal style, from bold geometric designs to soft, organic patterns. No prior experience is needed. $35 advance plus $30 kit fee.

This hands-on workshop will take place at the Spark Hotel Badger meeting room (2110 Rimrock Rd.), which is adjacent to the Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the front lobby of the Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center to the Spark Hotel. There is a connector gate between the two buildings, so you will not need to go outside. A map and directions will be emailed to you and is also available on our website.
