This trunk show is a sampling of quilts, fabrics and needlework that Alice has found in her many years of traveling. Some may be familiar, such as Celtic Knotwork, molas, Hawaiian quilting, Korean pojagi, and Japanese sashiko and boro. While others are lesser known, such as Kawandi, Boutis, Saeksilnubi and Manx.
Please note, since this lecture begins at 8:30 a.m., you will be able to access the building through the lobby doors beginning at 8 a.m. The vendor mall and quilt exhibits open at 9 a.m.
